I received a mail call over the weekend of 1 oz samples of mostly stuff I've never tried.

Never having tried a Lane Limited Bulk in my life, I wasn't expecting much....

But LL-7 is a bell ringer. That subtle toasted marshmallow flavor and the copious amount of smoke this blend generates.... wow!! I've smoked a bowl or two everyday since getting it.

RLP 6 is okay.. not bad.

Are all Lane Tobaccos smoke bombs? I really like that quality in a blend. Where I can just light and it burns without fuss to the bottom.

Buenos Aires Province.
Might not turn as many heads as my Sasieni but my Wimbledon is a great little pipe and a fantastic smoker....never disappoints. Having some Argento Virginia/Burley blend in it at the mo.

Hearth & Home, Midtown series Chestnut, a match to the discontinued Walnut, a five or six leaf blend that actually works, in a Savinelli Prince of Wales, a long-stemmed prince with rusticated briar, smooth brim, and swirled stem (tasteful). You can sample Chestnut without buying a tub; for several years they've offered a pouch size version for about six bucks.
