More WCC Simply Red from the homeboy @logs out of my Ser Jacopo rustic Lovat with flattened shank.

I’d say this stuff is a bit deeper, stronger, more full, less sweet, and a little spicier than 515RC-1.

Looks like a nice size bowl. The MM's seem to have a touch too small of a bowl for me. I haven't looked at any of their new offerings though.

Thanks. I just got it cleaned up and sanitized last night. It’s an excellent smoker.

It’s a pretty big bowl for a cob. I believe Diplomat is the MM model name.
