Now that I have polished off all 8 of the LJP burley samplers I bought, I decided to change things up and with the weather as it is, seemed like a good time to fire back into the Caribbean Blue series with Drake. This is my second to last one of the 6. I'd say this is my second least favorite so far maybe, just on the first bowl. Of the 5 I have tried, I put this one as either 3rd or 4th place? I can't quite remember the other 4 well enough to really say for sure, it's been so long since I had the first one.

I can taste the pineapple, but the vanilla and banana almost obscures it. I think I'd like it a lot better of the vanilla and banana was toned down a bit and the pineapple pushed harder. As it stands, it's like the banana and vanilla are fighting to dominate the flavor.

Enjoyed a stack of pancakes with lots of unsalted peanuts and a golden delicious apple on the side for lunch. Then, I smoked a bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Yemen Mocha High Grown, neat, is my drink. Worked on estate pipe cleaning, and am taking a break.

Right after I posted my last smoke, Abner the Eager showed up. He was very happy, very chatty (unusual trait for him), very hungry, and affectionate. After he ate, he went behind m'ldy's chair for a snooze, and to avoid the other ferals. When I cleaned off my lunch plate in the kitchen, I saw Daisy the Feral Princess in the driveway. She heard me talking to her through the window, and ran to the back door. The rain had slowed to a sprinkle, and she needed drying off. She's snoozin' on her blanket. Sleepy Suzy is by my side.
