Cupido Toro. Very windy day here in Florida, 15 to 25 mph gusting winds. Tough on my golf game.

@hoosierpipeguy It's been very wet and windy here in England; I think it's the tail end of your hurricane! Windy weather always makes me think of the day I went to see the Sealed Knot at Bolsover Castle; Dad says I spent all day trying to light my clay pipe!

@Skink I was smoking Yorktown at the Redcoats & Revolutionaries event at Cromford Mill; an appropriate baccy for the Redcoats as it's named after the Battle of Yorktown. This is the baccy I was smoking in my clay pipe when the blacksmith lit it with an ember from his forge!

GH Cherry Vanilla in a Pollock clay.
Met a fellow pipe smoker in Chesterfield smoking this blend and I love the smell of it. I caught the smell of his baccy as I walked past and he recommended I get some.
Got 4 bags of rubbish today, had a well earned drink of white wine at the Batch House on Whittington Moor and got my empty bottle filled. 175ml measure but my small wine bottle holds 189ml so I got a bit of free wine! Will get a free drink with my loyalty card I found while litter picking; reward for my monster effort!
Giving up or cutting down on certain items that come in soft plastic packaging such as crisps, biscuits, chocolate, sweets etc; I can still have them when I'm on the go or during my volunteer days but won't be buying them as part of my regular online grocery shop. One thing I like about living history re-enactment is the absence of plastic but some of the things I'd need for re-enactment events (such as cheese, bacon etc) come in plastic packaging...
