We are now in the week before Orthodox Easter, the "Great Week" as we call it here.
Completing tonight fiftyfour years of existence on this earth. I've opened a 12 years old tin of Robert Lewis 123 mixture. Smoking some in a Schrauf's pipe.

Smoked some Fusilier’s ration in a James Upshall tilshead fh 5 apple! This pipe smokes great even though it isn’t the prettiest. This pipe also sent me down the English pipe rabbit hole, it was my first English pipe. Now I own many! Happy smokes all!

I really enjoyed smoking it earlier. I held off on buying it because I was afraid it'd be too much of a nose warmer. As strange as it's going to sound, I'm not a fan of smoke going up my nose. Out of my nose I have no problem with. A few weeks ago, I added a MM Little Devil to an order I placed. The 2 pipes are very similar in size and shape, with the Little Devil having a much smaller bowl. I liked how the MM smoked, so I ordered the Outlaw. Glad I did.

Making the most of a day away from work. Now enjoying a bowl of Cornell and Diehl Pirate Kake in a Blakemar Briars Matador billiard. A warm sunny day here in the Scottish Borders with hardly any wind. Mike’s pipes are excellent smoking pipes and very well priced.

Quick morning smoke with a bowl of Abingdon in an Eric Paulson Devil Anse, along with a cup of hot black tea (Lahaha Royal Black, if anyone is interested) before settling down to the day's work.

Something about an English blend and black tea just clicks for me, kinda like a triple espresso and unfiltered Gauloises Caporal did for me back in the days of living more dangerously.

Thank you, appreciated! Roughly four years. I've smoked cigars for years and ventured into pipes. Ordered various tins and blends and just kind of fell out of it, moved around a bit but didn't give anything up. Glad I didn't as most of what I post that I'm smoking has the same age. The Black House, Escudo and Old Joe Krantz have all been quite tasty!
