Hi everyone, I got my 1914 Charles Maas pipe back from the jeweller today and the silver band has been stuck back on to my satisfaction, so for it’s second ever smoke I’m having Germain’s 1820 Flake. Got a bottle of Theakston Old Peculiar open too.

I picked up this black leather pipe rest in a little antique shop next to the jeweller, it came with the no name “real briar” pipe sitting in it, I almost told them to keep it (only £5/$7.50) but remembered that I’ve had some great smokes from cheap ass pipes and told myself not to be such a snob and give it a try. Needs a good clean but for the price I’m not complaining.

I’m going to crack open one of these little tins of 1970/80’s Dunhill tonight, probably in the same Charles Maas in the picture. image.jpg
