Just finished some snacking, and a bowl of Watch City Deluxe Crumb Cut in a 2016 Peretti's M.T. Natural made in Holland straight smooth brown Algerian briar billiard with a black acrylic tapered stem.

Half way through this bowl of Angler's Dream in a 2018 natural smooth medium bend Peterson 03 apple silver spigot military mount with a tapered black acrylic fish tail stem. Stuff burns fast in a small bowl. Community Coffee, neat is my drink.

Now smoking Wilke Peanut Butter in a 1980s black sandblasted slight bend Savory’s Argyll 281 Cherrywood with a black vulcanite tapered stem. I may end the day with this smoke.

I just put the honey on a Qtip and smear a thin layer around the bowl and then leave it for a couple of hours before packing.
I don’t have a great deal of experience with new Briar and all the unsmoked briars I’ve brought have been at least 40+ years old.

Sorry I didn’t just throw the previous comment out there it was a response to a question but it didn’t list the quote for some reason.
I started with 2016 EMP in a Longchamp bent Opera. I’m moving on to 3P’s now in a Meer lined Tanganyikan Kiko bent Bulldog. The bowl is smaller than I’d hoped but turns out it’s great for Plugs.

First pipe of the day is Revor Plug in a Ben Wade 'Straight Grain.' Wonderful dark, nutty flavors, and a smooth, cool burn. I'm happy this old classic is still around!

Time for a short smoke - Wilke #111 in a ore-Republic Pete DeLuxe 601 pot that was my grandfathers. Don’t smoke this pipe often because of its small size but am trying to work in some shorter smokes and this fits the bill well. Rainy and frigid out. Had snow this morning! but it left quickly.
