Today is Jimmy Page's 80th. birthday.
This is the 1979 Knebworth Festival performance of Jimmy's solo in "Stairway to Heaven".

Today is also the birthday of Kenny "Klook" Clarke (1914-1985) who is among my favorite drummers. He is one of the pioneers of Bebop and had played with many of the greats.
If you're unfamiliar with him and his work, check him out.
