I am listening to a real oldie, Gale Storm who was fairly popular in the fifties with TV hits "My Little Margie" and "The Gale Storm Show". She also released a series of successful records: "I Hear You Knockin'" (Number 2 record in 1955), "Memories are Made of This", "Dark Moon", etc. She has three stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (Movies, Recordings, and TV).

I've been on a Pharoah Sanders kick recently and I stumbled across this in the depths of youtube. Something about his tone and phrasing, the drone of the harmonium, and the natural reverb, makes this hypnotic.
