The Kansas album with the least Kansas sound, due to only 3 songs by Livgren and the rest by John Elefante (who was only in the band for 2 albums). And due to the departure of Robby Steinhardt and his violin.

It's still an interesting record though, in large part due to the prominence of Ehart's drumming throughout, who is the most underrated drummer in rock IMO.

It also contains this Livgren gem:
