Anchorage Brewing Rondy Brew IPA currently.

Yesterday was quite a day of beer and whiskey, some Surly Brewing Barrel Aged Darkness, Firestone Parabola 2019, and a ton of other stuff, Bowmore 25, Knob Creek 2001 14 year, Connemara 12 and more. It’s all a blur now. But a fun one.

First time making a Rob Roy. I’m not sure it’s the right Vermouth, but it fairly tasty.

Taylor Duncan Blended Scotch, Drapo Russo vermouth, Fee Brothers bitters, orange skin, Luxardo cherry.

With Fusilier’s Ration Special Reserve. Alpha. Bent Calabash.

Woke up this morning and there was still some wine left in the decanter from last night so:



It's almost better than last night. The acidity has backed off a bit and the tannins have strengthened.

Good luck. Anchorage brewing stuff is often the target of tickers and hoarders. So much so his prices have doubled in as many years ?
