After a 10 days of feverish illness I'm looking forward to uncorking a bottle of Cosentino's The Poet Meritage when I get home. After that likely a few Pilsner Urquell tallboys and some various scotch and bourbon.

Damn son! Bulgogi moose? Was stationed in Korea for 2 yrs n seen some crazy stuff but would like to try Bulgogi moose for sure!

Haha, yessir. Moose is amazingly versatile, can basically replace beef in any dish (and make it better) although your cooking methods may have to vary somewhat, unless it is blended with a little suet.

20oz can of Deschutes Fresh Haze IPA, now a Bitburger and some more 2001 Knob Creek 14 year bourbon. Best Knob Creek iteration I’ve had.
