Having Lagavulin Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 11 Year Offerman Edition (Finished in Guinness Casks). It's funny; I had seen this on the shelf at my local liquor store earlier in the year, but, I thought it was the first Nick Offerman release that had been sitting around from a couple years ago. After Whisky Advocate named this its #1 Whisky of the Year, it flew off the shelves and it became difficult to find. Fortunately, I was able to score some for some friends and us after hunting around between NY and PA. It's smooth, sweet, and spicy (and of course, smoky). Very interesting stuff.

Ezra Brooks is a decent bourbon at a great price.

I enjoy it on the rocks or mixed with a diet cola. It also is a legit bourbon to make infusions (like cherry bourbon or cherry bounce).
