Homemade Concord Pyment from my neighbour's bumper 2021 crop. We bottled this in March and it's good and ready, though my stock is already dwindling. A bit of Jameson Black Barrel as a nightcap. Merry Christmas one and all.

Christmas dinner at my brother, Tim’s place. My nephew, David, brought killer IPAs from a relatively new brewery in Albany called Fidens. Had these three so far. The triple IPA will be on deck soon.
I'm a fan of Nelson hops and Triple IPAs. I'm sure I'd like that one.

I also tried making mulled cider. Not so good, but had fun messing around with the rest of the guys, adding and tasting as we went.
