Opera is ok with me. Its like big time wrestling with music and the plots are like country songs when country was actually good.

I went to the San Francisco Opera when I was like 22 for a college assignment and I had a blast. Incredible singing and orchestra music. They did this futuristic intetpretation of The Flying Dutchman complete with crazy costumes. It kind of was like pro wrasslin' in terms of spectacle. Only problem was I was about Opera'd out after like 45 minutes and this thing was like 3 hours without an intermission!

Only opera I’ve ever been to, my friend (who’s wife was in it) almost got in a fight with an old man over whistling. Alcohol was involved.

Grew up with metric. Hated Imperial. Now that I work with leather I'm actually preferring to use Imperial. Go figure.

Of course, this results on me ending up mixing both on the same project, which makes measuring a lot of fun. ?

Somehow I feel even with leather you use metric to tell how thick the leather is. Say 6mm?? ?
