This thread gives me such severe whiplash. You guys are wild.
Oh boy, what did I get myself into I’m excited! I’m relatively new to pipe smoking so I’m open to trying almost anything except Haunted Bookshop. I hate Haunted bookshop. Lately I’ve been wanting to explore more Orientals and VaPers. I also like full flavor stuff like War Horse.

@jwesthurl Welcome to the funnest thread on the forum. If I read between the lines on your post, and I believe I am, your preference has been changed to "Haunted Bookshelf" on your sign in form.
Basil Rathbone was dead: to begin with. Never knew this show existed (and there may be two versions) - presented in living color they say (haha, it's black and white). It's fun, even if we get cheated a bit out of the traditional "spooky ghost" as our first born used to say (and at a certain toddler age she was fascinated by the Ghost of Christmas Yet To Come, Darth Vader and Scar (Lion King) --- but she turned out fine!).
Even if it only lasts a couple of minutes you'll feel great when it's over! Christmas stamina is just a matter of experience (or imagining an entire episode of a Donnie and Marie Christmas special)! As Richard Pryor observed aptly, "Foreplay? I'm only good for one, maybe two plays!"
Settle in, it's a long way to December 24!
