So, anyone else playing Portal 2?

I'm more of a Battlefield kinda guy, I played Portals, and was quite bored by it.

I don't tend to play my games too often. Last game I started getting into was Fallout3. I still have Uncharted 2 to break the plastic on.

Coincidentally kf5eqv, I'm the same way. I'm currently finishing up Bioshock 2 and will start Assasin's Creed 2 when I'm finished. I try and stay at least a year behind to save the cash, which is fine since I didn't buy a PS3 until '09 and there were plenty of good older titles available.

Break that plastic ASAP! Uncharted 2 is an amazing game and you will not regret it. Heck I finished it in one sitting! Well it was a sitting of several hours but a sitting nonetheless. I just couldn't stop playing! It was like a good book or the best blockbuster of the decade.

Call of Duty games are the WORST multiplayer first person shooters of all time So unbalanced, so camper friendly, not teamwork based, etc. Campaigns are okay though. This humble opinion was developed over the course of many years, I've been playing shooters avidly since Wolfenstein 3D, and Doom.

I got Portal 2 for the 360 on Tuesday Jeremiah. Great game so far, although I haven't had time to actually sit down with it. Have you played the co-op?

I'm one for RPG's, in particular MMO's...I may be dating myself here, but I made the transition from table top (D&D) to MUDs back in the day, but didn't become serious until the release of Ultima Online. From there, I played pretty much every major MMO on the market, although Sony's Everquest series (including the bastard child no one mentions, EQOA for the PSII) have a special place in my heart. With the birth of my son, however, I find precious little time to devote to gaming, but do fool around with my 360 now and then...namely NHL 11, Forza III or Borderlands at the moment, with the occasional foray with the Kinect.

Still yet to crack Fallout: NV; Dragon Age II, Fable III and Mass Effect II, waiting until I have some blocks of play time for them...yet, like PAD and TAD, I suffer from VGAD, so I continue to make purchases.

I played Ultima, and EQ, and EQOA, as well as the offline versions, Champions of Norath, and Champions Return to Arms. I feel like Diablo, and Diablo II need a mention as well.

Ah man I am so excited for Diablo III. Duke Nukem Forever as well because The Duke was what really got me in to FPS.

I'm a fan of single player RPG's myself. The only game that nearly qualifies as a shooter I play is the Halo series. Lol I suppose that's my girl side showing through.
