Mine doesn't but I have no problem filling it with a standard butane refill.Just curious, but do any of these knockoffs come with a pipe nozzle?

It did come with an attachment for refilling.Just curious, but do any of these knockoffs come with a pipe nozzle?
I use a low flame and it is similar then to using a Bic lighter.I'm talking about an angled flame
I ordered an angle flame. It should be here in a couple of days. I post back. I also ordered another lighter, a ligne 2.I see that you can get angled flame nozzles you can install, but don’t know if they work.
At some point, the knockoff exceeds the sum of its parts and becomes the real thing in terms of dependability and actual use. And you can get parts for it.I have 3 knock off ST DuPont L2s and a genuine L1. I used to have 4 of the knoc offs but I left one on a bench out side of a hotel a couple years ago. I don’t think you can go wrong with one of the many knockoffs that are available for around $40 dollars. They work great , look great and feel great in the hand. That said, it has been my experience that they are not all equally well made. I’ve found at least some of the “Memorial” knock offs to be really nice. They require an adapter to fill them, they have the correct color code under the filler cap and they have a serial number (fake).
For the money I don’t think can find a beater lighter although I have been using a PipeMaster a lot lately for a change of pace.
When you get the angled flame part, please post about whether it’s worthwhile and how you went about retrofitting your L2.At some point, the knockoff exceeds the sum of its parts and becomes the real thing in terms of dependability and actual use. And you can get parts for it.
Will do.When you get the angled flame part, please post about whether it’s worthwhile and how you went about retrofitting your L2.
