perdurabo - I have never called on a thread to be closed (well, I did hint in that direction about the idiotic cannibalism one). You misread my post in the thread I think you're referring to. I wrote something like "Cue calls to shut down the thread" - you know, as in ironically predicting that people were going to start calling for it to be shut down because they didn't like my post.... That referred to our earlier "discussion" in which I said that when a thread goes political, it's only when a left-leaning post appears that people start shouting "shut it down!" Get it?
So I'll add another type: the guy who makes unfair and inaccurate judgements about others based on their own misconceptions.
