The smallest pipe I use is a Peterson's Barrel of which I have 2, they are Peterson's smallest pipes in they're range, I also have a Peterson Sport which is short but with a medium Bowl, a small bowl one that I don't smoke is my Grandmother's Peterson Deluxe from the 1920's, it is a small Billiard with a Rose Gold band, it is smokable but it is to rare to use.

I have a tiny La Rocca my friend gave me. The chamber is 16mmx25mm. Its smaller than the small missouri meershchaum but when I smoked a full bowl it went for 25 minutes. So no. I do not have a ten minute pipe but I do have a small pipe for quick smokes.

The cut and presentation of the blend makes a huge difference.
As does the packing and how dry the tobacco is.

A shag cut will burn fastest.
Flakes, coins and plugs the slowest,
Depending on whether they are fully rubbed out, cube cut or folded and stuffed

I can double the length of a smoke in that little porcelain bowl by smoking a cube cut flake compared to a well-dried shag cut

You can do the same with large pipes. Just fill them up with as much you intend to smoke at the given time.
Where’s the fun or style points in doing that? That’s like telling your wife you want to buy a sports car and she suggests rolling down all the windows and driving the family station wagon a little faster.

Why would she dissuade me from buying a car I wanted?
