A little more stocking the cellar, a little more trying new things.

I didn't want to see 507c disappear, so I ordered 2 pounds to stash away for the future. Then, 12 hours later, Sutliff bulk went on sale, but the gentlemen at SP refunded me the amount of the discount. Top-notch service there.

I love the other Semois I've tried (Le Petit Robin and Reserve du Patron), and I wanted to see how La Brumeuse stacks up. Never tried Iwan Ries Three Star Blue, PS 403, PS 24 Nougat, or F&K Lancer Ready Rubbed, so I got some samples to try. It's been quite a spending spree this past month. I regret nothing.

I’m ordering that next time: gotta catch em all! It’s interesting to see(?) the differences between them. I really like the bold flavors in them all.

I know of a place that has two tins of Windjammer dated 9-21 on their shelf. They are starting to bulge too. I keep thinking about them but they want $25 each and Im pretty well stocked on this blend. Still yet……
