Ahi Ka, oops sorry ... I haven't tried Field and Stream or its match yet, but I've heard about it favorably for years and am somewhat attracted to the description.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Aromatic English #504C. It makes a great substitute for the long lost Shortcut To Mushrooms. Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only one on here who smokes it.
Nope, there's two of us. It's a terrific smoke.

Any PA fans prefer the duke?
It's good, although I can't say I've smoked Duke and PA close enough together to comment on how good of a match it is. I'll get more Duke next time I'm making an online burley run, along with the superb RR Match.

#502 and #503 English blends, TS-12 dark fired (awesome blender!), Revelation match is a good all day smoke, and Old Professor when I feel like an aro-English.
I dig Aro-Englishs but wasn't aware of this one for some reason. I ordered some - thanks for commenting about it.

Sutliff Field & Stream Match is a tasty blend. I get no bite with the match blend compared to the original F&S. It's been awhile since I smoked the original F&S, but if my memory serves me correct, Sutliff got the match F&S dead on to the original. It's a great everyday or all day smoke and won't tire out you pallet. For price & quality you can't go wrong with F&S Match.

I like a lot of Sutliff Tobacco. I see forum members dogging on them quite a bit, especially their aros. I have a totally different opinion and believe they have some of the best stuff out there. They are, also, a great value when purchased on sale. I have major poundage of several (quite a few) of their tobaccos.
I am probably heaviest on 507C VA Slices, Match 20 (Dunhill 965), Match ERR, 1M, and Balkan II.
VA Slices is a great VA flake. More of the bright leaf (which I prefer). It is always a great smoke and it gets even better with age. Match 20 is the closest thing that you will find to the old, much discussed and loved, Dunhill 965. There is, of course, no Syrian Lat but, this is the best we have and is a damn good blend. Match ERR may be even better than the original. You can smoke this perpetually. Balkan II, is IMO, the best bulk Balkan available. Folks that think Balkan Supreme is supreme, need to try the true king. (On second thought, keep buying that, and keep this available :) ). The smokers that think all Sutliff aros are “goopy” need to give more blends a try. IM is one of my favorite aros. I always say that, “it is what IQ wishes it were”.
A couple of days ago, I heard the president of Sutliff say that, Vanilla Custard far outsells most of their blends combined. I think that it is okay and I will admit it is a “wet” one. So, if this is your only experience with Sutliff I recommend going deeper into the line.

Ray, I enjoyed the HOW F&S. Now, I'll have to try the match.

SP is always on the ball with delivery, but business may be a little slow because they are really brisk with delivery. I ordered Friday, and my order is tracked to arrive on Monday, and it is already in town here on Saturday. So now it is just between me and my postal person. The sale ends on Tuesday, May 12, so if you are interested in these bulk blends, it's a good deal. As has been pointed out, Sutliff does a number of premium blends, so it is hardly the economy blender.

Mixture 79- didn't find this as Polorizing as some people make it out to be, but decent nonetheless.

Sutliff Mocha Strips- one of my first real tobaccos, very long strips with a sweet mocha/chocolate flavor. Supposedly a component of Voodoo Queen.

Sutliff Hot Chocolate- dark black color, strong chocolate flavor.

Christmas Spice- unique cinnamon spice flavor. Something different but not a all day blend.

I'm sure there are others but these are the ones that come to mind.

Are the mocha strips available anywhere? I like Voodoo Queen and if this is the flake element within that blend I'd be all about it!

Big fan of the Balkan Sobranie OSM and 759 matches. Revelation match is fantastic, Walnut match is tasty, Elizabethan/Victorian is nice, even the new batch if you dry it thoroughly. Didn't like the 20/965 match as much as everyone else seems to, but it's not bad, just the Cavendish didn't seem English enough.... Haven't tried the EMP match yet, but while I found Presbyterian match to taste nothing like Presbyterian, it did taste like a better version of EMP, so that was a nice surprise... sorta. Voodoo Queen has plenty of depth and flavor. Count Pulaski is one of the best crossovers made. Aromatic English is another good, mild crossover, I mix in some 515RC-1 to make it taste more like Shortcut to Mushrooms. VA slices, 515RC-1 Matured Red, and 707 Sweet VA are all phenomenal values in bulk VAs. Queen Anne's Revenge was one of the tastiest goopey aros I've ever smoked, similar to molto dolce but better flavor, imho. And Orchestrated 9s is a delicious vanilla/caramel/rum monstrosity that kicks 1Q/RLP6/Captain Blacks ass all over the place.

I smoked it a lot last year but after moving to heavier latakia blends I could barely taste it when I came back. Try tossing in a pinch of Matured Red Va my own Bypass To Mildew?
