Given that Sutliff and Mac Baren are the same company, and they manufacture blends for many other companies, it wouldnt surprise me at all.

Never understood that. They make some very good blends. And manufacture alot of popular house blends for boutique blenders as well. Sure, they make a lot of mediocre aros (a LOT!) but they make some damn good stuff too.
Ok, I’ll bite. What’s the Sutliff Durbar exact match? I could use some.

Recently picked up some Matured Red Virginia 515 RC-1. First impressions have been really good but haven't smoked enough to form a stronger opinion.
(Not counting the many blends Sutliff makes for others!)
I ordered a sample of Victorian 2 weeks ago and it was great. Keep in mind this was my first time trying it, so I do not have a previous point of reference. However, I just ordered a 1lb of it.
There isn't one. I mentioned Durbar because I thought the OP was asking for favorite blends. I didn't see his title limiting his question to favorite Sutliff blends.
Unless I'm remembering wrong from my march through the SP Sutliff bulk blend page, I think they offer Chatham Manor, a blend they do for PC, offered here from Sutliff in bulk. If you like Carter Hall, you might like this, since it is a sort of match, but some find them distinct, and some like Carter Hall better. Both a little sedate for me, but not bad.
By the time I got back to order the cherry blossom Sakura, it was out of stock, so that bounced me over to the SP Sutliff bulk sale for 2 ounces each of Mixture 79, Chatham Manor, Field and Stream Match, and Bulkan Sobranie 759 Match, on sale all for twenty bucks and a little change shipped, to avoid buying a pipe! Meantime smoking Dunhill Durbar, SP Potlatch, C&D Stratfordshire, etc. etc.
Sorry I meant in regards to how did you like it? Or are you still waiting to try it? I’ve noticed that we have similar taste preferences so was just curious. I am waiting for an order of bourbon street
I can't believe nobody has mentioned Aromatic English #504C. It makes a great substitute for the long lost Shortcut To Mushrooms. Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only one on here who smokes it.
