@ tbradsim Another limoncello fan! Isn't that stuff the best? Looks like bottled sunshine, tastes like homemade lemon pie filling and will bite you like a mean dog if you're not careful! I make quite a few bottles for summer and they usually claim a victim or two. You're right about the burn too but it is so good!
Right at the moment, I'm sipping a really nice Pinot Grigio from Northern California and smoking a bowl of Peterson's Irish Whiskey. The wine isn't up to this delicious tobacco and is more a palate cleanser than anything else.

Canadian Club Manhattan using Martini & Rossi (sweet) Vermouth (the best), on the rocks, with a side of Captain Bob's Blend in a Hayes Original made for me.

@ mikephillips Yeah I hear you! Not much of a wine drinker but the gal was over the other night and I wanted a bottle of the good stuff for her. She had one glass and its been sitting in the fridge for 3 days (and I'm too cheap to let booze go to waste) so I'm finishing up the bottle. It IS a pretty good palate cleanser too so this bowl o Irish Whiskey is tasting pretty good! :D

I had a rum and coke after my pipe earlier. Used goslings black seal rum. That stuff mixes so good with coke... I should try it with the holiday spirit from mcllealand.

Tonight is Jefferson's Reserve, 18 YO. Oh my this is really nice. Green apple, spice, caramel very smooth and finishes with a bite. Cubes and a bit of branch but would do neat.

Tonight is Four Roses small batch. Very smooth, round with a sweetness up front. Caramel, sugar and a bit of bite in the end. Very nice with a little branch and 4 cubes. I'll keep this one.

I usually have a huge cup of tea with just sugar when smoking. This week I am trying Typhoo tea, after a sister in law from England said she prefers it to PG Tips.
I like PG Tips better than Typhoo, but there are others that I like even more.
So now I find myself "cellaring" tea!

Cream Ale from my smallest brewery and the one I like to brew at the most. Light straw/gold color with low bitterness and very few esters. Just a nice light ale that is complementing the SG FVF that I'm smoking right now. Right at this particular moment, life is very very good.
