I found one such filter for tobacco but it's buried so deep I can understand why someone wouldn't find it. From the home page, you have to click on "All Tobaccos". If you click on either Tinned Tobaccos or Bulk Tobaccos it will take you to page showing the brands. But clicking "All Pipe tobaccos" will get you to a page that includes the out of stock filter.

Thank you!
I never clicked on "All Tobaccos" before

I'm not finding the new design to be that difficult to use I kind of like the way they've done it.
However, rather than redesigning their site they need to focus on their shipping department which is going downhill fast. $100 orders that use to take two or three days now if you're lucky you receive within a week and a half or two.

I've put in 7 orders since January 28 and all have been delivered to Texas in 2 to 5 days. Even when they were backlogged during thier International Pipe Smoking Day sales. Was your delay on thier end or the postal carrier?

The first one didn't even ship for 3 days, the next two a label was created but not received by the post office for a couple of days. Been waiting on the current order for 2 weeks, no tracking available even on their site.

I would email them. They usually respond quite quickly. Something had to have gone wonky, because that's not the norm.

I’ve found the “free shipping” orders started taking longer both to ship and in travel time over the past year, prior to the site change and since.
No great hardship, they’ve all come through, but an annoyance to my first world spoiled mentality.
I’d posit it’s just as much UPS to blame than SP.

The actual site changes are just that, a change. Any vexation I have over that is probably a nod from god that I’m emotionally investing too much in my addiction😉

“Free Shipping” isn’t free. Nothing is free. It may not cost you more money, but you pay in potentially longer transit times, since the vendor most likely uses a cheaper service. That said, I’m in Pennsylvania and have not noticed any delays. Then again, my stopwatch broke two years ago.

They also ditched that awful font. Thank goodness.

They kept the new menu structure which is not ideal, but it's not awful.
