What are the bowl dimensions on that beauty?

Diameter is about 1” and depth is around 2 1/2”. My other Barling magnum is a little bigger.

They were gifted to me by my mother for my birthday in 1968.

Lucky you, the only thing my mother gave me that had any relevance to the pipe was a Toilet brush in the shape of Oom Paul.

Great topic! I don't have any expensive pipes, but those I own all have sentimental value to me. Without doubt, the three items below would be the first for me to grab in an emergency. The pipe (a 1950s Kaywoodie #33) was probably dad's favorite. The Zippo rode in his shirt pockets for 50 years and the leather tobacco pouch I think he bought during WW2. I remember all of these items from when I was a little kid in the 1960s and having and using them now is worth more than I can say.

It is very nice with close attention to detail.
From the early thirties is my best guess.
Some of the stems need polishing.

Ok, picking your most prized pipe I figure must be done for some reason other than it's a great smoking or looking pipe. For me it would have to be based on something deeper, more personal. So here's my most prized pipe: I bought this in memory of my wife after she passed away over 2 years ago. When I saw this I knew it'd be a pipe that she would like. A small Ashton Brindle. Yep, that's all there is to it.

And if my house gets hit by an asteroid, I have this Savinelli 673 Luisa Fiammata stashed at my dad's house. I just love this pipe. I bought my brother a matching one as his first pipe. He lives less than 10 minutes from our dad, so I get to break it out every once in a while.
