I wanted to start a thread for folks like me who love these kinds of pipes. I tried to think about what makes a chubby pipe and I’ve narrowed it down to two ratios:
  1. The bowl height to pipe length ratio is smaller
  2. The outer bowl diameter to shank diameter ratio is smaller
I think these ratios capture the chubby look both in the shorter pipes that we might normally think of (like nosewarmers/nose warmers) but also those rotund ones that are still 6" or more.

I thought I'd kick off this thread to show off some pipes that I think capture those ratios well. (You can click the links to see the original post and more photos)
