Thanks! Yes, just regular sandblast. The other side doesn't have ring blast like that so it couldn't be PSB I guess. I got lucky with that blast.

That's a good looking Pub Pipe.

A lot of blasts look like a rabid beaver got ahold of the pipe. Yours looks ideal.

Very nice. There are a few large pipes like that recently. Someone there is churning them out. I eyed this one too ... glad it went to a good home !!

I vaguely recall a blog post by Mark Irwin from a ways back where he mentioned he could never determine why house pipes are stamped hand-made, (mine is too), when they're not actually hand-made.

I break down the pipe as much as possible and clean with pipe cleaners after every smoke. I've never had a bone condenser and don't know how fragile they are; maybe they shouldn't be removed and attached as frequently.

Looks like an 8s to me.

@milk after every smoke id take the chimney out and give it a wipe with paper towel on the threads and clean the inside of the threaded end of the stem, also be careful not to put it in too snug otherwise it can get stuck.

I broke one on a Deluxe, so I would infrequently remove it, and take care when you do!
The threads are not the same pitch as the newer aluminum condensors, so don't break it!
