Friends, can anyone help me reconcile this information about the Mark Twain pipe?

This first link says that the MT was issued in 1981, 1985, 2010-Present:

But this catalog from 1988 shows the MT:

My initial guess was the pipe above was not a system hence being omitted from the first link but then I found this post below indicating it was in fact a system:

So, was the MT available in the 1980s outside of '81 and '85 or not?

Bonus question: Are the pipes shown on the 1988 Hollco-Rohr catalog the full line of Peterson pipes available that year or only the ones that were distributed to the US? My guess is the latter as the first link mentions that the HAND-MADE XXL Bent Billiard was made from 1988-Present though it did not appear in the 1988 catalog.

I have a Mark Twain that is stamped Mark Twain on the pipe and has a 1986 hallmark. The box says Rustic XL which isn’t found anywhere on the pipe. So unless I have a one off they seemed to produce them in years besides 81’ & 85’.

I have a few new Pete’s to give to myself when I feel the urge. I gifted myself this little 304 for the shop this wknd. Smokes quite like my 314’s but sets nicely and waits for my return very well.

Just put away the chainsaw and enjoying it right now...

Ok, posting this for a little help. I'm browsing listings and see this. I've never seen this configuration. Is there something I don't know, or is the seller OBVIOUSLY trying to hide the problem here?
I thought I'd get the quickest and most knowledgeable replies here - so thank you.

KapMeer was a meerschaum lined Peterson line, that one has had a poorly executed tenon repair.
