There are several Facebook groups, but I don't believe any were very active, it is odd.Maybe it’s time to start something.
Mark Irwin’s pipe notes are a great resource but it doesn’t really provide the person to person environment

It is. The Sherlock Holmes Pipe Club supposedly has a lot of Peterson folks. That’s all I found. There are several Facebook groups, but I don't believe any were very active, it is odd.

WOW! That is a collectionThese are all Petes. I have sold some of them and edited the Peterson collection down to 15 briars and 7 meers. The ones I have left are fine smokers. I recommend the natural finish with McConnell's Scottish Cake. If the pipe is made of very aged briar (some are, some are not) and well broken in it is a remarkable smoke.
In case any of you Peterson lovers missed it, Mark Irwin is asking for photos and comments about owning and smoking early Peterson’s. Emphasis on long stems impact on how they smoke. If interested, and didn’t get e-mail, send me a pm and I will forward it to you.WOW! That is a collection
I totally blew it, but this arrived yesterday - needs polishing up and I’m having trouble figuring out what to try in it first - a huge shout to @scloyd for his kindness in arranging this “surplus”! Great place here!My Peterson Pipe Notes 2022 arrived today. Even though I read articles I somehow missed the announcement. My thanks to @Streeper541 and Mark Irwin for helping out.

Here’s the length. 9 inches.Wow! That’s a great pipe! Exactly the kind of thing he was talking about. How long is the stem? It’s a little hard to figure out the shape from that angle. I’d love to hear more about it. Probably a great smoker, no? Send me a pm and, if you don’t have it, I forward the piece on the patents. Below is one of mine with a shorter stem
Love that Peterson Meer. Wow!Love my Pete's. Here's mine.
