Great job on the NAPS bit and stem! Here’s a Dutch with Custom Acrylic Stem and NAPS bit that I received from a friend. It’s Made in Ireland so just before the clutches of the Republic.
Can’t wait to smoke it tomorrow.

BOTH are fabulous smokers.I'm currently waffling between the Lestrade and the Professor.
Just get both.I'm currently waffling between the Lestrade and the Professor.
I have both. But, if I had to pick one, it would probably be the professor based only on shape.Just get both.![]()
Lovely. What’s the grain on the other side look like? And what shape number is this pipe? The family grows.
I just got back from a conference in Boston, and I stole a minute and ran over to L.J. Peretti. Peretti now has an exclusive Park Square line made by Peterson. Until I started looking at these, I didn't know that Peretti held the exclusive import rights for Petersons in the 19th century. What a legacy! There's no fighting the PAD.
I told the owner Steve that I needed a Park Square, and he opened the cabinet on the wall and handed me this one. He said it had the best grain, and I absolutely agree.
The Park Square line has an aggressive sandblast, a unique stain, a vulcanite fishtail mouthpiece, and an L.J. Peretti stamp in the silver. This one weighs in at 1.10 ounces, making it one of the lightest in my collection. The chamber is about as big as my namesake 314. It shall burn some Peretti blends.

A beautiful and great sized pipe! It's surprisingly difficult to photograph on this dark and rainy day, but I tried. It's a Shape 15.
