I picked up this estate prince.
It comes with 2 stems a vulcanite one and an acrylic one.They actually look decent to me
I figure I can drill the stem out if the draw is restricted as it doesnt use the horrible screw in push/pull tenon
I dont know the maker and there doesnt appear to be any clues from the pictures

I’d stick a dri-kule or philt pad in there before I’d reach for a drill though.

I am hoping as someone went to the effort to get a new stem made,I assume because they didnt like the orginal ones material that it was drilled to the correct size.
I do have some philt pads anyway so will try them if needed

Yep, top one is completely unsmoked.

Haven't posted this AKB yet I think. It's coloring very slowly. Not a huge fan, but maybe I need more time with it. Still, smokes nicely for <100 dollar pricetag.

It has an inner bowl that is only connected to the outer book at the top and bottom. Some are carved with only tear shaped divots.

When I first pitched up here you didn't see a lot of meerschaum pipes. Now everyone seems to be into the things!

They are deep, but no I can't do that. Good to know though. I have seen those. Worries me about the fragility of them.

My IMPs are fairly traditional. Plus, that cased set came up to $60/pipe.
