i've witnessed owls scoop up prey mid day and this is what i imagine they must look like before then. well without a billiard in from of them of course

Lots of owl activity around my home. I often find a little barn owl looking at me when I get up in the morning from my bedroom window sill.

Mine too, I see them perched in trees even during the day. One time I was smoking a pipe and I saw one and we just stared at each other for I don't know how long.

I've seen owls like that but where it's in it's back, fully packed it really looks like back feathers.
