I agree ! Nice scores davet ! Especially the CW !! The cigar holders were made in a few different sizes and they also made some cigarette holders,some Linkman and some later Sparta made pieces.

Ah,OK. Size and shape are similar to a Bucko, although now that I think about it I don't recall seeing a paneled Bucko.

Finally nabbed one of these. I've always been outbid but won this today. Looks to be lightly smoked and in good shape. What would you call this shape, Prince ?

Looking forward to this one, should be picking it up next weekend.

I was thinking the same or maybe an author but that front upper edge has me guessing. I'm stoked whatever it turns out to be.

I have read that Trapwell is a "cousin" or was made by Dr Grabow, any clarification on this? My quick search didn't really give me any definite answers. Here is my only one;

Yep, Grabow "cousin" . These were made by HLT probably after they bought out Van Roy in the early 1940's.Van Roy was the first to use the "Ajustomatic" but HLT put in in many lines they made including the Grabows after they bought Linkman. Your Regal and other Grabow bulldogs of that size are all based on the HLT bull dogs.

My Dr Grabow collection is growing, over the last day or so;
Another author;

Not sure of this shape, I know the position of the spade means something in dating this, not sure of that either;

Now I don't really care for the look of this but it's unsmoked and I think will make a nice addition;

Newly arrived and a quick cleaning;
Regal, stem turns but won't release, I'll try putting in the freezer later.

I'm very pleased with both, much better shape than I expected. A little chatter on the stems is the only issue besides the stuck stem.

Nice editions. For the stuck stem, try pulling back a little on the stem as you twist.

I was sure a remedy would found here. I'm curious about the age of the second one, read about the spade placement/orientation timeline but can't find it now. Now to find a matching smooth Regal.

Here are my Grabows, the collector 2003 is my first pipe. Bought it when I worked at Walmart, still love that pipe.
