It is my opinion that the hospital hires only jerks and assholes for all non medical positions.
I hear ya, Michael, and considering the location, perhaps even understandable. They probably have their reasons in the right situations. But the fact that CH has this reputation against parents suggests they do have a problem they need to address. Rather incongruous that OTOH they treat the kid patients like precious Ming vases while treating their parents like shit! That just ain't right. I've never been in one but I think I've heard that complaint before from others. But
the real issue now is your girl and her recovery, and I trust a good doctor will know best how to set everything so that she heals up good as new. God speed to her.
