Anyone get one? I haven’t bought a new pipe in forever, except cobs, because I’m kind of on a tighter budget now. I thought these were real lookers though, so I just splurged a little and bought one. This will be my first Savinelli. Of course it’s the 2020 version, so it’ll probably burst into flames when I light it. Or be contaminated with coronavirus. These don’t ship direct from Wuhan or anything, do they? Anyhow, I was just wondering what y’all’s opinions are on them.

Lovely pipes. If I didn't have an annual Christmas commission I would likely get one.

Anyone know if they'll offer them in more shapes/stummel finishes? I'd buy one in a 673 or 904 shape. If also buy a 320 in a different stummel finish.

Wishful thinking probably.

The 904 has never been in their holiday shapes.

I personally love the look of most Savinelli’s, they make great pipes. My first three pipe purchases I ever made were all Savinelli’s and I’ve bought many more since. I probably won’t get one of these just because I’m on a tight budget right now but if I had some free dough I’d likely be tempted to buy one.

I think you’ll be very happy with your purchase! Show us pics when it arrives.

He definitely made some gorgeous pieces.
Big fan here. We were buddies for years, and until his passing I would commission an annual birthday pipe. Had a funny series of threads and posts regarding a Christmas pipe I asked for in February and it remained unsmoked until Christmas. After his retirement, a few unsold pipes remaining on his site were gifted to me in lieu of commissioned. Great carver, awesome guy, and an amazing friend.

One thing I guess I should’ve checked on: do all filtered Savs come with the adapter to go filterless? I’m usually not a big fan of filters, but all of the Saint Nicks were filtered.
