Puffindave- I've not seen a problem with cake not depositing regardless of what's inside the chamber. But you could sand it, wipe it with alcohol, or run hot water through it to lessen the stain effect.

Georged, I love it. I find stems in that style actually go quite well with a chunky pipe. Most of Petersons are XL90s, which are pretty chunky pipes, and have a stem just like that one.
My first 320 should be in the mail tomorrow. I'll be working late, so I'm not sure if I'll have an opportunity to smoke it, but I'm certainly going to try.

I was looking at those too. Very Christmasy looking pipe. I almost got one even though I'm not a rustication fan. Those look quite nice. I may still because.....

I don't know. It's a pic that's been on my computer for a while. A year, maybe? (I take notification photos when a project is finished, and it's easier to let 'em pile up than delete 'em). I see so many pipes I can't remember who most of them belonged to after a while.

I stalked ebay for a couple months and landed an Estella in the 320 shape. Love that thing. I also just bought a St. Nick 320. It has eclipsed the Pete 03 as my favorite fun shape.
