Let's be careful about stirring the pot at the tobacco rumor mill.

Many (most? all?) of the popular Gawith blends are going to be pre-2007 so they'll all be grandfathered in under the FDA guidelines anyway.

Yes it was. It did not show for me and I just got the notifications a second ago..I need to get higher on the food chain.

I loaded up on bulk and tins back in 2012 and have plenty for a lifetime. I predicted they would get hard to find and it could be I was right.

Hope everybody enjoyed that last shipment of SG. I was just told by a reliable source (Distributor) that they will not participate in the new FDA guidelines. So that's all folks.

Sorry, but that sounds dodgy to me. Didn't I see an interview with the boss at Gawith a few months back? Promising more regular shipments and the odd new blend? They certainly would've known all about the deeming regs when they gave that interview.

FVF is also a great VA to add other tobaccos in with it. If it so happens you don't care for it "straight." Often I mix in a tad of Syrian latakia or some burley to change things up. But I like it straight too.

Yes, I’m done with rumor mill panic buying. Almost placed yet another (would be my 4th since the weekend) of some Bothy but came to my senses. Will wait until the chaff settles. Someone I know said they saw tickets to London for $200 so that’s always an option...
