Had an Oz of it, I loved the flavor but it seemed to need forever to dry enough to enjoy it, maybe I'll give it another shotGranger. You’re welcome.

So, I'm a simpleton when it comes to blends, preferring to buy pipes and keep the tobacco the same. Dominican CH or PA mixed with a little 5 Brothers has been my all day smoke for a while now. I've always noticed a bit of a chemical taste especially with CH, but throwing 5 Bros in the mix, toned it down some. I've tried airing out both and it seemed to help, but these last few tubs I have noticed are particularly chemical tasting. I tried other blends I have and didn't taste chemicals, but my allergies have been known to really mess up the taste of smoke. The old pouches of PA were more chemical tasting to me than the new Dominican funnily enough.
I guess I'm at the point where I am really wanting to find a non codger/otc blend that is still in the same ballpark to smoke mindlessly all day. I was thinking of trying Pegasus by C and D as I heard it's a souped up modern codger blend, but I'd love to hear your suggestions. LJ Peretti and Uhle sound right up my alley, they're just a tad pricey to smoke all day. Also a friend recommended me Cowboy Coffee from Country Squire.
While I don’t think of this in your codger blend family you listed, I will say
Watch City's Fibonacci Sequence
Is one of my go to all day blends. The more I smoke it, the more I like it. Truly a phenomenal blend. I classify it as an all day smoke.
Be interested to hear this also. I just read Jim's review.Brad, how would you classify Fibonacci? You're right that it's not a codger blend, and not burley based, but my first impression is it doesn't fit the standard English mode, either?
Wilke #1 is a good all day smoke.Wilke or Boswell. Save your time and money and go straight for the best.

When I read Jim’s review I didn’t know if it was for me or not.Be interested to hear this also. I just read Jim's review.
Oooh. Smoking the AVC G&H right now.I second the Granger recommendation.
If you want to try something that, to me, seems like a deluxe version of a good codger burley, albeit a more expensive one, you might try GH Rum Flake. Or their American Delite, which if I recall correctly is sold as a bulk blend on one of the big online stores, though I can't recall which one right now.
^^^^^^^^^^^ This, and add Black & Tan to the list. It is a 50/50 burley-to-cavendish mix with a vanilla and sugar topping. You could get a bag of samplers from The Country Squire.
@SunriseBoy generously sent me samples of Cowboy Coffee, Cherokee and Black Arrow.
All 3 are easy going smokes.
One or two could qualify easily as all-day smokes.
