Paul, unfortunately we had a labeling problem with many orders including yours and they are being returned to us by our freight consolidator for re-labeling. I never have any trouble with Jeff or his shipments and he always responds, sometimes slowly and this hiccup seems to be well in hand too.

I've been meaning to visit them and get some of their blends. Not sure if they'll let me in but that's about 20 mins from me.

About a 35 mins away for me. Bing maps gives you are complete view of the front and back plazas at this address. No signage front or back to indicate they might be there or be a retail establishment.
I planned on going there on Good Friday as I had a vacation day, but couldn't get anyone to answer their phone to verify they were open for customers. I ended up going to Buttheads in Danbury.
