No idea if an MP4 link will work on this forum, so if not, one of you mods please kaput-ify this post.

If it does work, well, you get to see one of the world's most majestic and ferocious beasts in action with your own eyes. It's breathtaking.

Here goes nuthin' ---

mine unrolls the roll on the bathroom wall all the time, one time he fed it to my robot vacuum, the vacuum spun it around so that it was the new roll, I think the cat did it on purpose to shut down the vacuum. deviant little buggers aren't they?

This is Mochi, our unplanned baby.

We already had a Shiba Inu named Willow, and she was just getting past the cutest but worst parts of puppyhood when we got a call from our vet. “You know Sheebs!” was the opening… and we knew we were doomed. A *tiny* puppy, runt of her litter, with luxating kneecaps in both hind legs had been abandoned at the vet and needed a home.

That was 6 years ago 😊.

View attachment 181752That’s Jelly. He is 23 years old. Grumbles a lot and takes no Sh!t from the cat Otis. He has out-lived the Irish Setter who would walk around with the bird it it’s mouth. Loves Cheetos

Hey how is Jelly doing? I was like wow when I saw this post a few years back, 23.

BeBe is now 12… :)

Her 12th birthday February this year… LOL 😝

A nearby animal shelter has an arrangement with an Amish puppy mill breeder: when a breed dog has run its course, he’ll drop her off at the shelter, no hassles. Maggie was about six years old when surrendered. We paid the $35 adoption fee and took her home. We found she was passing blood in her urine. The cause was a stone in her bladder the size of a robin’s egg. We paid about $2K more for the surgery. She lives in a crate where she likely spent all of her first six years. But we leave the door open and she’s gotten to where she’ll venture freely around the house — although she will not navigate the stairs. She’ll freeze if we try to coax her up; going down she simply spreads out her paws and jumps like a flying squirrel, whether she’s two stairs up or 15. She’s nine years old now and has cancer. She’s a great dog; just a little undemonstrative. And she really loves her high sided doggy mattress.

I posted Maggie up above and, somewhere, a picture of Lunabelle. I need to post one of our newest pup, a three year old named Abby.

Abby had been kept by the same breeder I got my Emi from 15 years ago. Abby had a litter, but proved to have the gene for Parrot Mouth. The breeder had her spayed and handed her off to us a few months ago as a pet. She’s settling in fine.

In this photo she’s reacting to a fragrant cloud of Bayou Morning Flake.
