I'm glad to see that this isn't a new policy from Apple.

Given the fact that it was a problem with two different operating systems, three different web browsers, two different IP addresses and three different devices from three different manufacturers, I was getting really worried that the authorities where I am had "made a decision".

They do that sometimes. For a while a few years ago neither myself nor my piping buddy could access smoking pipes. We could access all sorts of NSFW stuff but not that.
Anyway, I thought it best to relate my experience.
