There’s a glaring omission to this argument. It ignores the fact that there are several other large etailers that carry a similar quantity of nearly identical merchandise.

Update: My order from PipesAndCigars arrived yesterday via USPS (as did the order from SmokingPipes). Both orders were complete and problem-free. The P&C order arrived in two boxes, as I had ordered four pounds of "Best of the Rest English," which was rather bulky, if relatively light.
Interestingly, I did get an order confirmation email from P&C immediately after placing the order, but the order *still* doesn't show up in my online order history on their site (and thus no shipping info was provided, either). Just another data point that their tracking system is entirely worthless, even if the actual order delivery was fine and efficient.
Yes and I take advantage of their sales. Last two orders I was able to get a deep discount on two pipes. Resell the pipes on eBay and it covered the cost of the total order
I made another order a few days ago and it arrived yesterday. Good prices on what I want. So, I am happy. I do order from P&C, TP,SP, WCC, Grove Pipe, KBV, Payless and Story Teller. Just who ever has the best deals on what I want or in stock items.
I ordered from them once and had zero issues. I sent them an email at one point as well, and received a reply pretty quickly. Based on those experiences I would buy from them again, and consider them trustworthy until proven otherwise. They seem to have sales regularly, and what I'd consider fair prices. They'll also send a printed catalog to you if requested which is rare these days. It's not a full catalog but a good sampling of what they offer.
I take it you're effectively retired. If so, good for you. Been retired over 5 years myself and love it.

They look a lot like cigars international which I believe was bought out by STG. Unless it’s just significantly cheaper on p&c I probably wouldn’t order from them. Same as with cigars international, I used to use them all the time but after they sold out it’s only if it’s significantly cheaper.
My understanding is that CI and P&C are one and the same.
I hope it didn't occur due to health problems, If so, hope you get on the mend soon.

Does this look like any Consiston Cut Plug you’ve seen?
(Tasted like an acrid RYO).
They offered to refund, only if I drove to UPS after I specifically requested USPS so I wouldn’t have to burn gas.
Then I decided not to return, I’d rather eat the expense than have them turn around and misrepresent it to another poor sap.
As I said above, tins on a screaming good sale only from here on out.
