You know we all took risks with this order and thankfully mine came in without any issues. I am sorry to hear that it was sent for signature only. I hope your buddy can wait for the tins to arrive. Have you tried looking into informed delivery, you can sign for it only and they will leave the package at your door step.
My issues were really minor and the order did ship fairly fast etc. The packaging though..... someone get these people some brown paper.
I have never had an issue with them at all. Perfect packing, timely shipments, etc. And I've ordered a bunch of stuff. I ordered some Handsome Flake, so maybe this is the time.

I’ve had packages containing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise dropped on the porch without a signature when one was required. That’s worth being pissed about as forgery was likely involved.

You have to be a fool to deal with P&C. If they were the only place in the world where I could get a given tobacco I'd do without.
