this is something I just found out about now. To my untrained eye it looks like Tin Tin with a little more snark. Especially that last image, that guy in the uniform is clearly making some sarcastic statement about what the guy with the beard just said. Then again it could just be me projecting how I feel about people that talk to me when I'am clearly reading something.
