I like to dig out some Robert Johnson on occasion.Or sitting listening to 1930's blues with Semois in a MM freehand with a cat napping against my ribs.
Ok, you win. When I’m up at our cabin, sitting on our deck overlooking the south fork of the American river about 20 miles west of South Lake Tahoe.

Thanks! It’s National first service cabin. We love it, but of course, we know that it could burn down any day, sadly.Wow! That’s a nice slice you got there!
Get yourself a Thermocell for the skeeters. I use them during the early part of deer season, because I hunt on some creek bottoms where the mosquitoes will pick you up and tote you off if you don’t do something. Doesn’t make much of a smell, and it really works. They take about ten minutes or so to really clear them out, but they work.
That’s where they get Pyrethrum from. It’s a major ingredient in a lot of pesticides.Interesting thing about the Thermacell formula, they're using a Chrysanthemum extract that happens to be toxic to cats.Allethrins - Wikipedia

I should be able to use it out in the woods but my favorite times pipesmoking are with a cat on my lap.

I guess we were posting this at the same time ?That’s where they get Pyrethrum from. It’s a major ingredient in a lot of pesticides.
Permethrin is a synthetic form. Basically the same thing but not actually derived directly from the plant. Still very or likely more effective.I guess we were posting this at the same time ?
