I’ll second the Thermacell, works like magic. And Bladesmith, I’m pretty sure it’s odor free.
They were pretty much odor free when they first came out, but they do have a slight odor now. I think they either changed the formula or started putting more “juice” in the pads. When you first put a fresh one in, there is a slight smell, but it tends to dissipate. Either way, they are a hell of a lot better than DEET. And deer don’t seem to care about the slight odor.

Yeah, Autumn and Winter (in Texas) is pipe heaven for me. Perfect smoking weather, I enjoy a pipe outdoors much more than indoors. I will smoke in my apartment in the summer but I hate how it makes my place smell, if you don’t smoke all the time you realize how much it actually stinks, yup even those of you that think your precious VA’s smell like heaven. It’s not as bad as cigarette smoke but stale smoke is stale smoke.

Ya but if you smoke it in a Cobb it won’t smell, right? Still want one but too busy buying briars.

I would like to have the Pope give me his ring and then get on one knee and ask for my blessings. I of course would grant him his wish and I would even give him his ring back. The only thing I would ask for is a favor. You never know when a favor from the pope could be handy.

I have no idea where this shit comes from honestly, it just comes into my mind and then out of my big trap. I hope no one was offended as that is never my intention, a good chuckle or a belly laugh is all I seek.

Get yourself a Thermocell for the skeeters. I use them during the early part of deer season, because I hunt on some creek bottoms where the mosquitoes will pick you up and tote you off if you don’t do something. Doesn’t make much of a smell, and it really works. They take about ten minutes or so to really clear them out, but they work.
I hunt as well, and doing that in the part of Florida where I live requires multiple thermocells and it gets expensive after awhile lol. I was using them on the porch until I threw down $40 in a month... then I just broke out the box fan and hoodie. Here soon they will get weaker and you can ignore them, and if we get lucky we will have a freeze and take em down a notch.
