Doesn't seem to be on all Dunhill blends. Put 5 each of a Elizabethan, EMP, 965, Flake, and DNR, total came to 211, after applying NOV2016 it was 200. I'm guessing it doesn't stack with the current summer promo they have going.

I just picked up some bulk 965 for my everyday jar and it worked for that.

I have never had an issue with P&C shipping, other than it takes 5 days from PA to IA. But the merchandise has always come as ordered and is correct.
