New tin of Rattray’s Dark Fragrant, no age on this and it’s one of my most favourite tobacco’s.
HU Moroccan Bazaar. Smells like you are at a Spice Market indeed...
Cracked some 2018 FVF. Sealed weight of tin is 114 grams. Nice strong vacuum seal with minimal rim corrosion. Tin note is mesquite stonefruit and earth. Flake's surfaces are beginning to crystallize nicely. Actual weight of tobacco is 48 grams.
Last night I finished off another tin and had space for a new one. This was it.
New to me, it had a delicious smell.
I had 2 small bowls of it.
First in a briar.
First impressions: creamy, creamy creamy. Oh god, so creamy. It's like Presbyterian soaked in cream!
Smooth but a bit overwhelming.
2nd one in a cob, chosen to see if the sweet of the cob would tone down the creamy a little.
It did.
I'll work on this a little more, but first impression is almost that it's too much of a good thing...
Probably will tone down in a few days, or my palate will acclimate?

Was feeling salty today so I opened a pouch of Salty Dogs. Smells amazing. 
Popped the lid on some Star of the East flake this morning. I purchased a tin of this when first released and subsequently filled the cellar with a few more and it’s aging gracefully and a damn fine smoke.
Captain earle’s line is absolutely great! Great pics!!!
This helped set the stage for a flavorful weekend.

I picked up a big tin of MB Dark Twist a few years ago and decided to crack it open today. 
I’m having a first bowl of it and I like it. I can def feel one MacBite of this but I thing rolling slow and sipping will make this a great smoke.

Another tin opened tonight...Burley Flake #3. First time with this blend. Smells just like Copenhagen. Smoking a bowl now, really enjoying this blend

Today, I received an old tin of player's medium Navy cut.
Really interesseting cut. There are broken flakes and... Something between coins and flakes.
