CB Gold is very mild. I expected it to be mild but didn’t expect it to be as mild as it actually is. It’s like 1Q light.
This is Three Nuns from the late 90s. It belongs to the batch of Three Nuns produced before the last one, which was in the early 2000s. The last batch was still very good, but declining, and I can understand why they stopped production. If I remember correctly, they could not find a suitable crop to continue production. At least that's what I was told by the guy where I used to buy it...

It's pretty good if you like the codger burley style. Better than the Dominican Cater Hall I think
Tasted pretty nice last night. I expect tonight it'll taste even better.
Can you taste the Latakia at all? I may pick some up and some Sutliff Walnut match.
Haven't had time to actually smoke a bowl yet, looking forward to it tomorrow! Just couldn't resist the urge to finally crack open that tin and give it a sniff (and then put the lid back on really quickly.)

I just opened a tin of G.L. Pease's "Horizons" tobacco with the new Turkish Latakia!! I smells deliciously different than any other blend of Pease's. The aroma is intoxicating. I'll be smoking it in a few days and I'll let you know what I think.

Had kind of a meh day, so I decided to pop some tins:
VRC smells mouth-wateringly good, like some kind of rum raisin/vanilla ice cream. Can't wait to smoke a bowl!
The Capstan smells delicious as well. Both tins are from 2021, so I figure they're ready.
